The first expedition to the South Pole and back again, unsupported
In November 2010, John Wilton-Davies and Justin Miles of Great Britain will attempt to become the first people to not only reach the South Pole, but to return, completely unsupported.
This site covers the planning, preparation, training and execution of the expedition. The longest unsupported polar journey in history.

Fun and Frolicks at Fifteen! 14/08/09
Justin's been booked to get involved with motivating the new intake of traineee chefs at the famous Fifteen restaurant project founded by celebrity chef Jamie Oliver.
On 26th August the new intake of trainees will be taken out of their usual environment and put in the middle of Bodmin Moor in Cornwall where they'll undergo two days of outdoor activities and team building exercises.
The first day will see Matt Thomas of Fifteen putting the guys and girls through their paces at things like bushcraft, fire making and building a shelter (the shelter has to be a good one, because they'll be spending the night in it!). Justin will be turning up ealry in the morning on the 27th to join the group for a camp breakfast (sausages and beans?!) and give a motivational talk. Once breakfast has been digested, Justin is taking the group out to have some fun doing team races and command tasks (google it!) before the day is wrapped up by Matt.
To find out how the day went, or to find out about how motivational talks and team building events could help your company, please drop us a line.
