I have had such a busy week supervising the diver getting the sand out of our pool that I haven’t had much time to do anything else. So I thought I would tell you what my friend Albert and his sister Isaac have been up to. (Click title to read more)

Firstly, I did say sister Isaac! As I have said before the keepers find it quite difficult to tell if we are male or female, the only way they can tell for sure is to take one of our feathers and send it to a special place where scientists look at DNA. I don’t know what that is, if they just asked me I would tell them all they wanted to know.

For the last couple of weeks Albert and Isaac have been spending quite a bit of their time in the penguin patrol hut, sometimes when the penguin patroller is in there too. They have been digging a burrow under the seat. Sometimes their Dad Charlie goes to help them. I think they are just doing it for attention as I am so much more popular than they are.

The penguin patrollers keep saying it’s their hut, and why can’t we read the sign and keep out? Apparently it says “Penguin Patrol Only”, but honestly, I patrol the beach as much as they do so I see no difference.

I’d better go, there’s more supervising to do!
