Christmas is getting closer and we penguins got to meet Father Christmas the other day, he came to Living Coasts with toys for the boys and girls who come to visit us. He also dropped in to see us penguins on the beach, brought us a present of fish and had his picture taken with us. Lucky man, I think that made his year! (Click the link to read more)
Speaking of presents, I have just finished my Christmas shopping and have got some fantastic presents for my friends and family, including shark repellent for dad and a penguin cuddly toy for my baby brother. The humans that work here are running all sorts of fun activities over the Christmas holidays, so as well as meeting Father Christmas, you can also meet Siberian huskies and Alaskan malamutes and their owners, and watch them pull sleds up and down the harbour near our beach. I hear it will be lots of fun, I just hope that the dogs do not come too close to me!
